What I draw from is of course my work experience and education.<\/strong> During and after my long business career, I have trained as both a consultant and an Executive Coach. <\/span><\/p>\n

Experience:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I have gained my key work experience in a listed SME. The company engaged in mechanical engineering and related services in global markets. <\/span><\/p>\n

My experience and insights have been complemented by working as a consultant, manager and partner in a startup company. <\/span><\/p>\n

I have learned that the challenges of an individual are similar regardless of the company and business. So it is possible and even probable that I have encountered and solved everything that you are currently working on or will soon face. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I have led and implemented practically everything that a company that offers investment products and related services that aims for continuous growth and operates in international or global markets faces and has to do.<\/p>\n

I have led an organization of 563 people that sold its products and served its customers globally, operated with its own resources in 15 countries, with a representative network in 53 countries, and manufactured its products in four different countries, either by itself or outsourced.<\/p>\n

I have led:
\n\u2022 or been in the process of refining company strategies and leading the implementation of the strategy.
\n\u2022 international expansion of the sales and marketing network
\n\u2022 organic growth
\n\u2022 adjusted organizations, I have laid off and hired,
\n\u2022 grown organizations, recruited and renewed my management teams
\n\u2022 acquired companies and businesses, integrated them together,
\n\u2022 founded subsidiaries, etc.<\/p>\n

My mindset is that results come from doing. I believe in managing by objectives and empowering people to act to achieve goals.<\/p>\n
